We will be discussing ICAS.
What is the ICAS ?
August 3rd, 4th & 5th 2013- The 1st Annual International Collective Arboreal Symposium in Hunt Valley, Maryland.
This event is a joint venture between Barry Manson, Marc Spataro and me (Buddy Buscemi). This event has been a long time in the making, and we are very excited to present this event to this community. All three of us (much like those reading this) are on a never ending quest for knowledge about the arboreal reptiles we share our lives with. As we strive to become more knowledgeable about the animals we keep and breed, we look to those who are researchers, scholars or scientists with similar interests to broaden our knowledge base. We will be bringing these folks to you!
We also are including an arboreal reptile show that will begin immediately following the closing speaker on Saturday. As of today, vending space is limited, and if you are interested in securing a table you should contact one of us immediately.
This is how we are planning this event (and it could change):
Friday evening: Event opening/mixer followed by a guest speaker or two.
Saturday Morning: The main body of speakers will present their work.
Saturday Afternoon: Vendors will open once the speakers are finished, and the vending area will be open well into the night.
Sunday Morning until 3pm. The Show will open for the final day of the show.
The Social Aspect.
This is not ChondroFest. However, we all relish an opportunity to gather with likeminded people, catch up with old friends, make new friends, and talk, talk, talk , enjoy an adult beverage (or 9), eat, talk, drink, talk…or in other words……HAVE A BLAST!
The Host Hotel has everything you could want…
A lot of info has not been covered here, but we hope to do a Media Blitz in January with all the information you need. Mark your calendars now…..there is no excuse to miss this.
